For all aspects of the administrative services we provide, FutureComp utilizes cutting-edge technology and system platforms.

We have preferred partnerships for medical bill review systems and PPO. FutureComp also partners with a leading business partner to provide a state-of-the-art PBM to our clients.

All clients are granted access to our claim management portal and web-based Risk Management Center to utilize a myriad of risk management tools. In addition, we maintain a Safety911 system for our clients when they need immediate access to safety support.

Our claim management platform is a state-of-the-art web-based (browser accessible), end-to-end, fully automated claims management information system. It allows clients remote access to their claim data, as well as the ability to read adjuster notes and communicate electronically with our claim staff. This provides total transparency because it allows the client to view all activity on the claim at any time. All documentation, from the first report of injury, recorded statements, video, pictures, bills and checks issued are scanned into the system and available for client viewing in a true paperless environment.
